Describe what you'll bring to a nonprofit board : 20+ years in leadership roles right here in the Madison community. I've spent the last 12 years in a variety of eCommerce roles with particular focus on business development, digital strategy and online consumer experience. I've been fortunate to be able to work for both small entrepreneurial start-ups (Jellyfish.com and Alice.com) as well as large corporate environments (Microsoft and IBM). I'm excited to bring my passion and energy and this diverse perspective to the non-profit community where we can make a huge impact together.

I will bring creativity, a fresh perspective, energy, organization, leadership, collaboration and fun to your non-profit organization. I have over over 25 years of experience in human resources, communications, project management and operations. Most of that time I was leading a team. Some of that time I was an individual contributor influencing and guiding others. I've worked in retail, e-business, manufacturing and drug development industries. What I really enjoy is working with people, meeting people from a variety of backgrounds and helping people excel.
